Girls Varsity Soccer Wins!
The Whitman-Hanson girls varsity soccer team beat Plymouth North tonight, 1-0 in the first round of the MIAA state tournament. The game was scoreless after regulation and two 10-minute overtime periods sending it to penalty kicks. That is where WH scored on 4 of 5 attempts while PN scored on just 2 of 4.
