Whitman Hanson lost to Quincy 5 – 1. Quincy went up 2 goals late in the 1st half after a good battle for the 1st 30 minutes of the game. In the 2nd half, the Panthers got within 1 goal of Quincy on a goal by Alex Nicoletta off an assist by Mike Szczesny. The Panthers fought to the end and had numerous scoring opportunities but just couldn’t find the net again.
