The Whitman Hanson girls basketball team defeated Silver Lake in a patriot league match up with a final score of Whitman Hanson 49- Silver Lake 31. The panthers were led by Junior Jillian Brown who finished the game with 10 points and 8 rebounds. Also scoring for the panthers was Junior Marina Kelly(10) and junior Megan Downing (8). The panthers host Plymouth North in a non-league game tomorrow night (Wednesday 1/9). Whitman Hanson is now 3-5, 1-2 in the Patriot League.
