XC Runs well at Brown

The Whitman-Hanson boys and girls cross country teams had impressive showings at the Brown Invitational on Saturday...at Goddard State Park In Rhode Island. The varsity girls placed 6th out of 21 teams...with 182 points. The top 5 were: 11th- so- Sam Coletti 19:03 (medal) 14th-jr- Kelsey Tierney 19:22 (medal) 42nd-so- Abbie Newman 20:25 44th-jr- Megan Concannon 20:27 72nd-sr- Shawna Ryan 21:16 The varsity boys placed 7th out of 23 teams...with 181 points.
