The Whitman Hanson girls battled #5 ranked Scituate to a 1-1 draw. Scituate opened the scoring midway through the first half and Whitman Hanson equalized a few minutes later when Freshman Eve Montgomery took a pass from Lindsay Anderson and fired a hard shot in to the lower right corner. Both teams had chances that were turned away. Taylor Kofton, Kelsey Gilbert, Katie Korzec and Casey Corr all had strong games in the tie. Goalkeeper Arianna Comendul made 13 saves in net for the Panthers.
