Whitman-Hanson boys soccer beat North Quincy by a score of 5-1 in the first game of the season, a conference game(1-0). Whitman-Hanson had three goals by senior captain Brian McGahan and goals by a pair of sophomores Jason Bannon and Kyle Nehiley. Two assists by Jared Pendrak and assists from Kyle Nehiley and Brian Barry. First year head coach Chris Davis was also impressed by the play of senior captain Kevin Emery as he solidified the defense.
