The Panthers opened their season today at Ridder Farm Golf Club against the North Quincy Red Raiders. Though the team is fairly inexperienced with a lot of new faces in the lineup, they rose to the challenge as they defeated the visiting NQ 247-285.

> Senior Captain Cole Manning lead all scorers by 8 strokes, as he turned in an even par 34. Seniors Joe Young and Pat Tyler, along with Junior John Murphy, all turned in 42, while freshman Owen Manning made his high school competition debut with a 9 over 43.

> The team has the day off tomorrow but are back in action on Thursday as they play host to Silver Lake.
