The Whitman Hanson Regional High School Panthers hosted Ursuline Academy for their first game of the season this past Wednesday Night in Whitman, MA. The Panthers went up 1-0 at before the end of the first half with a goal from senior forward, Mikayla White. The Panthers were holding on attempting to hold on to the 1-0 victory almost entirely through the second half until Ursuline Academy scored with 8 seconds left in the game. The two teams battle to a 1-1 tie. The Panthers obtained their first Varsity tie and point in over 30 years. The Panthers are back in action on Tuesday at home against Pembroke.
