The Whitman Hanson golf squad played their final match of the season today at Widows Walk (par 37) in Scituate. The Panthers lost to Scituate 281-257 to put their final overall record at 10-8, 8-7 in the league.
Senior captain Luke Tamulevich was the low scorer for the Panthers with a 8 over par. Though the team struggled to hang with the home team on their difficult course, they ended the season with class. The team qualified for the state tournament qualifying round, which will take place on Tuesday at Easton Country Club.
Thanks to the seniors for a great year and good luck in the post season!
