volleyball

Volleyball Tryouts all levels: Thurs & Fri Aug 24th & 25th 10-12 & 1-3 each day. Bring a copy of your physical, water bottle, healthy snack/lunch for in between sessions & athletic sneakers.

  1. Much appreciated, even the coaches should be encouraged cause the youth of today has became very lazy, so parents take notice of your childs well being.

  2. A sportsman must have strong breathing system and stamina. So, for that drinking plenty of water is very necessary. They should also avoid junk food.
