Volleyball Tryouts all levels: Thurs & Fri Aug 24th & 25th 10-12 & 1-3 each day. Bring a copy of your physical, water bottle, healthy snack/lunch for in between sessions & athletic sneakers.

Much appreciated, even the coaches should be encouraged cause the youth of today has became very lazy, so parents take notice of your childs well being.
ReplyDeleteA sportsman must have strong breathing system and stamina. So, for that drinking plenty of water is very necessary. They should also avoid junk food.
