Whitman-Hanson traveled to Silver Lake for a Patriot League Keenan Division match. It was a real barn burner as it has been for the last 3 years with Silver Lake coming out on top 38-33.
Winners for the Panthers included at 113 pounds Myles McInnis, at 126 pounds Matt Butler with a 10-5 victory, 138 Damari Goldsmith Greene with a pin in 3:31, 145 pound Nate Morse with a pin in :30, Joel McInnis with a hard fought pin at 5:41 and Mike Gardner with a pin at 220 pounds in 1:28.
Team leaders with 6 victories each include Matt Butler at 6-1 and Damari Goldsmith Greene at 6-4.
The Panthers are currently 0-2 in the Patriot league and 1-1 overall. WH will be home on Saturday for a Super Quad (5 dual meets) starting at 9:00am sharp.
