Marshfield – The Panthers put forth a tremendous effort this evening at Marshfield HS against Rams only to fall 13-3 in a hard fought battle. WH kept the game at a score of 1-1 after the first quarter then 5-2 at the half way point as the Panther defense put the clamps down on the Rams, led by senior co-captains Ryan Trongone and Mario Troiani. Troiani was a sight to see between the pipes making 13 saves on the night while Trongone locked down their best attackman all game long. In the end, the Rams were just too deep but WH had goals by senior attackman Sean Joanis (1g), Senior co-captain Mason Gorman (1g), and sophomore Kyle Hamilton (1g). Junior Long-stick midfielder Adam Solari was impressive all game as he collected 7 ground balls and was all over the field making plays.

This game ends WH's season at 9-10 overall and 5-6 in the Patriot League.
