Field Hockey 10/16

The Whitman-Hanson Field Hockey Program played on the road against the Hingham Harbormen and lost 3-0.   Hingham scored in the first half around 10 minutes into the game off of a turnover.  The Panthers had trouble moving the ball out of their own zone and Hingham took advantage.  The Panthers were able to move the ball towards the end of the first half and this pressure continued into the second.  The second half was a volley between the two teams.  Each team attacking each others net.  Hingham was able to capitalize with two more goals off of two incredible pinpoint accurate shots during 2 different penalty corners.  The Panthers kept pressuring the Hingham defense until the final whistle and could not find the back of the net.
