The Whitman Hanson girls basketball team (5-2) extended their winning streak to 4 games on Tuesday night with a big win over undefeated Plymouth North (6-1). It was a back and forth affair throughout all four quarters and it took a Lauren Dunn (10 Points) tip-in at the buzzer for the Panthers to prevail by the final score of 45-43. Junior Abby Martin was limited due to foul trouble but had a team high 14 points and 6 rebounds. Senior captain Reese Codero threw in another three 3-pointers and tallied 9 points. The Panthers now sit a game back of Plymouth North for first place in the Keenan Division. Up next for the Panthers is Marshfield who travels to Whitman Hanson on Friday night.
