It was run and gun in the 4th quarter as Whitman Hanson came back from a 5 goal deficit early in the 4th quarter to tie the game 14-14, the final score. WH had an impressive 7 players who scored goals. Ella Nagle led the team with 4 points - 3 goals and 1 assist. Jackie Keenan, Tiffany Joyce and Maddy Allen all had 3 points - 2 goals and 1 assist. Savannah Poirier and Katie Mulligan each had 2 goals and Julia Majenski had 1 goal. Plymouth South was ahead by 2 goals most of the game until they went up by 5 early in the 4th. The Panthers showed their grit and talent by digging out of that hole to tie the game and hold off a late attack by PS with a save by Ava Barry. The defense improved greatly this game with solid performances from Joli Flamos, returning from injury and Ava Melia. Draw control was by Maddy Allen and Ella Nagle was key to the team's success. The team is now 1-1-1 with a strong Hingham team up next on Thursday.
